Front End Tipping Gears | Tipping Cylinders

Front End (7.5t)

A cylinder is a cylinder, but a cylinder from HARSH is something more; the difference is inside, in its strength, functionality and durability. Our front-end range has a solid tube design, machined from solid hot rolled seamless tube for increased column strength and safety. This allows a solid stop contact face on each stage, meaning no stop ring. Again, this increases strength, allowing the cylinder to be run at higher pressures for increased lifting capacities and lighter cylinder specifications.

Our 7.5t gvw range includes two designs of Front End tipping gear:

HFC75 – A separate ram and tank solution, where the tipping gear sits in a dedicated cradle, with the tank adjacent. This enables a greater variation of ram stroke and size to be specified.
HFT75 – A combined ram and tank design, where the tipping gear and tank are integral. This saves on weight and mounting space, and provides a compact tipping solution.

HFC26 or HFC32 – A separate ram and tank solution, where the tipping gear sits in a dedicated cradle, with the tank adjacent. This enables a greater variation of ram stroke and size to be specified.
HFT26, HFT32 or HFT154 – A combined ram and tank design, where the tipping gear and tank are integral. This saves on weight and mounting space, and provides a compact tipping solution. The HFT154 model features solid tube stages for improved column strength (i.e. not welded).
