Range
RASCO’s range of professional spreaders includes spreaders for all types of vehicles, ranging from heavy trucks and multi-purpose vehicles to tractors, working machines and small utility vehicles. Spreaders are divided into two groups – Solid Agent Spreaders which use a variety of different conveyor systems to help you select the right piece of equipment for the job, and Liquid Spreaders which are proven, in certain weather conditions, to provide better results when compared to the traditional solid spreading approach.
Regardless of the spreading technology, RASCO spreaders use the same control units. They are mounted on vehicles in they same way and their work can be monitored with the use of an integrated satellite tracking system.

Quality
A completely integrated production process, which begins with raw materials and ends with the final product, ensures longevity and reliability of RASCO spreaders. All key spreader parts which have the most contact with salt, such as the chute exit and spinner, are made from stainless steel. Parts which are not in contact with salt to such a degree, such as storage legs and safety grid, are hot-dip galvanised for an extended lifespan. Developed in co-operation with the world leader in surface protection, RASCO use ‘SurfaceArmor’ to protect painted parts, providing long lasting protection against corrosion and abrasion.
Simplicity
Intuitive and ergonomically designed EPOS control units enable spreader users to remain focused on driving, instead of looking for ways to change spreading parameters. In the unlikely event of electronic components having issues, key functions of the spreader such as dosage and spreading width can be adjusted manually. Spreaders can be unloaded at the press of a single button, mounting and de-mounting can be performed by one person, and the replacement of key components is fast and simple.
Efficiency & Safety
All RASCO spreaders are tested and calibrated in detail for multiple types of material prior to delivery in order to ensure precision and reliability in working conditions. This is supported by EUnited certificates for spreading precision of SOLID and LIQUID spreaders. All RASCO spreaders are equipped with lighting and reflective markings in accordance with UK legislation, and access to all key parts of RASCO spreaders is performed in a safe manner due to multiple safety devises and features.
