Skiploaders (10t -15t)

HARSH Skiploaders are known for their strength, durability and reliability. In the most arduous and aggressive of all truck-operating environments, you can rely on the performance of our skip lorries – day-in, day-out.

Our 10t -15t gvw chassis range is covered by three Skiploader model options. All three models come complete with twin telescopic arms, rear independent stabiliser feet, ground-level lever controls and electro-pneumatic tip hooks – all built to CHEM standards.

Additional features can include a motion controlled radio remote control, which allows the operator to stand anywhere around the vehicle, skips can be loaded and unloaded with significantly greater precision and safety.

Drawbar couplings and sheeting systems are also readily available and compatible. We now even offer a demountable Skiploader.

Skiploaders (18t)

HARSH Skiploaders are known for their strength, durability and reliability. In the most arduous and aggressive of all truck-operating environments, you can rely on the performance of our skip lorries – day-in, day-out.

Our most popular skiploader model, HS14T, is built to take everything you can throw at it. Commonly mounted on an 18t GVW chassis, it has a 14-tonne lift capacity; 10 tonnes at full arm reach of 4250mm. Fitted with independently operating arms and feet and constructed in heavy-duty Domex/Hardox steel, the HS14T is suitable for skips from 6 to 16 cubic yards. It is built to CHEM TS16 standard.

Fast lift off for empty skips is standard, along with independently operated arms and feet. A steel headboard and multi position skip stops adds to the versatility of the product.

Additional features can include a motion controlled radio remote control, which allows the operator to stand anywhere around the vehicle, skips can be loaded and unloaded with significantly greater precision and safety.

Drawbar couplings and sheeting systems are also readily available and compatible. We now even offer a demountable Skiploader.

Skiploaders (26t)

HARSH Skiploaders are known for their strength, durability and reliability. In the most arduous and aggressive of all truck-operating environments, you can rely on the performance of our skip lorries – day-in, day-out.

HS18T is our biggest Skiploader body. Commonly mounted on a 26t GVW chassis, it has an 18-tonne lift capacity; 12.5 tonnes at full arm reach of 4250mm. Fitted with independently operating arms and feet and constructed in heavy-duty Domex/Hardox steel, the HS18T is suitable for skips from 6 to 24 cubic yards. It is built to CHEM standards.

A popular addition to the HS18T is a drawbar coupling, allowing the coupling of a trailer to carry additional skips from sites. Giving greater flexibility to the vehicle and equipment use.

The HS18T is also compatible with our motion controlled radio remote unit and Skip N Go sheeting system.

Demountable Skiploader to suit Hooklift

HARSH Demountable Skiploader brings together our extensive knowledge and expertise in the waste handling market, to create a truly ground-breaking product.

Our SH14T-MB Demountable Skiploader is mounted to a CHEM TS8 (Type 20) Hooklift sub-frame, allowing customers to utilise their existing 6/8 wheel Hookloader chassis to load skips up to 16 cubic yards.

Mounting HARSH Demountable Skiploader takes no more than 5 minutes, with all hydraulics connected via quick release couplings. Once mounted to the Hookloader, HARSH Demount Skiploader is operated via wireless remote control.

Existing sheeting systems (variable-width) on the Hookloader can still be used to cover skips in the normal way.

If used in conjunction with a trailer via VBG coupling or similar, customers can therefore operate at the maximum 44t GVW which is an added bonus.
